Naomi Riggins

I have had a desire to paint all my life. I never thought
I could. One day I was in the Art Gallery in White
House just browsing and looking at all the beautiful
artwork and wishing I could do something like that.
David Gillihan came over and started talking to me
and the next thing I knew I was signing up for art
classes. The first picture I painted was like a dream
come true. Of course, it was not the most beautiful
painting but I was so proud that I had accomplished
that feat. I have been taking art from David 2 1/2
years and have learned so much.

I am the mother of three sons and grandmother of five
precious angels. I have two wonderful
daughter-in-laws and hope to have the third one soon.
My family means so very much to me and I have
enjoyed being able to paint pictures to give them.
