Paula Brackeen

Hello, my name is Paula Brackeen.

I was born in Auburn, AL but lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia and
TX due to my dad serving in military and civil service.  

We finally settled in Nashville TN.  

I currently live in the Madison area.  

I have always enjoyed dabbling in art, whether it be pen and ink,
charcoal and acrylic.  In 2008 I started taking oil painting and
thoroughly enjoy it.  It is so relaxing and I always get such a sense
of accomplishment whenever I finish a painting.  I was so lucky to
have found David Gillihan through my friend Lynn (another of his
students).  I enjoy being in his class as well as getting to know
the people in class who are such inspirations.
