| Hi! My name is Kathleen Wilson. I live outside of Nashville, TN with my husband Rick. We have 3 children & 4 grandchildren. We take care of a farm with horses, cows, goats, emus, ducks, dogs & cats. I started oil painting in January of 2007 and was quite surprised to find that I really could create a work of art. I give credit to my art instructor, David Gillahan and my mother. She always enjoyed art and spent years drawing and painting for the elementary school she worked for. I feel that her talent carried over to me, it just took a while for it to come to the surface. I am grateful I have the chance to paint and I would encourage anyone to give it a try.
