Beginning Oil Painting Classes
Week 1 - Introduction to art terms
(speaking the language) Hands on
with the oils, brushes,mediums and
how to get started. Picking the right
subject matter. Drawing it on canvas
and preparing to paint.
Week 2 - Getting started on your
painting. Mixing colors and putting oils
on canvas
Weeks 3, 4 and 5 - Paint, paint, and
paint some more. We will discuss
techniques, shadowing, glazing,brush
strokes and other oil painting styles
and subject matters.
Class Fee: $100.00 per month
(Note: Some months will have five
weeks some will have four)
$20.00 pallet fee ( materials provided)
